A butcher's classic, and a staple for any fridge. Our lean Nidderdale steak mince is typically lower in fat than other mince and is perfect for everyday dishes from bolognaise to burgers! Unlike a lot of mince which can be corse and fatty our team of highly skilled and experienced butchers trim down only the best, leanest cuts for our Minced Steak. We use only chuck steak for that savoury and rich flavour. Easy and simple as mince should be!
