This Yorkshire Dales Sirloin roasting joint is ideal for an easy carve celebration joint for any roast dinner. It's outstanding marbling and flavour makes for a mouthwatering cut of beef. The sirloin is from the top of the cows back and has the perfect balance of flavour and tenderness. It is dry aged for a minimum of 21 days before being deboned and cut for your order on the butchers block.
