Our Dales beef brisket is a great value joint taken from the breast of the beast, and is best slow cooked for meltingly tender beef. We dry age our brisket for a minimum of 28 days to enhance the flavour of the beef. This versatile joint is perfect for a heart warming mid week meal however it is also an excellent roast dinner joint served with roast potatoes, horseradish and Yorkshire puddings (of course!).
Brisket also makes a fantastic gravy.
