Our succulent rump steaks are traditionally hung on the bone for up to 28 days to create the perfect flavour and texture. Rump is from the hindquarters of the cow and is the least expensive of our steaks and is the perfect introduction for people new to cooking steak. Rump is packed with flavour and a great choice for any steak dinner.
