A festive treat, this wellington is made with Minimum 28 day dry aged Yorkshire fillet steak smothered in homemade Chicken Liver & Brandy Pate, wrapped in buttery Puff Pastry.
Oven bake at 180oc until pastry is crisp and golden. If using a meat probe suggested
52oc rare, 57oc medium rare, 62oc medium
